Here at John’s Fish Bar we take all Allergens extremely seriously. We completely understand the challenges of our customers who struggle with food allergies/ sensitivities in their daily lives. We know how frustrating and difficult this can be to eat safely when eating out.
The Health & Wellbeing of all our customers is so important to us, which is why we feel it’s only right to explain how our allergens are managed and why we can never 100% guarantee that our products are allergen free or, have not been in contact with another product allergen.
We are not a gluten-free restaurant, all gluten free products are cooked in their own dedicated fryer, however, it is not suitable for individuals with coeliac disease. We cannot ensure that cross contamination will not occur as there is a great deal of gluten in the air and on our work surfaces.
We always encourage our customers to discuss any dietary requirements they have with a member of our team before ordering.
